Aspire Senior Living Oak Grove, a skilled nursing facility located in Oak Grove, MO, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team on a full-time night shift. Requirements

• Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of experience as a CMT preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and as directed by our nursing staff
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide support with mobility, transfer, and ambulation
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of medication administration and resident care
• Collaborate with other care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide assistance with meals, snacks, and hydration
