About The Position

Certified Medication Technician (2pm - 10pm Shift). Must be able to work every other Weekend! This role involves verifying resident identification to ensure appropriate care, recognizing and responding to resident needs, documenting changes in resident condition, reporting intake on meal percentage sheets, documenting accidents and incidents, assisting with resident move-ins, transfers, and move-outs, and ensuring all assigned tasks are handled in accordance with Community policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Verify the identification of a resident to assure appropriate care is being provided to residents.
• Recognize and respond to the needs of residents.
• Document changes in the resident's condition as soon as possible.
• Report resident's intake on meal percentage sheet.
• Document accidents and incidents when they occur.
• Assist with resident move-ins, transferring and move outs.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are handled in accordance with Community policies and procedures as instructed by leader.
