About The Position
The Crossing at Banta Pointe is seeking health care rockstars to join their team as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT). This role is for individuals who are dedicated and compassionate, and are looking for an exciting new career opportunity. The position involves administering daily medication to residents in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. Key duties include monitoring residents, reporting changes, and collecting and recording medication administration.
Requirements
- A fire and passion for working with seniors.
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
- Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in the state of practice.
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.
Responsibilities
- Administering daily medication to residents in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
