About The Position
Juniper Communities is hiring a Certified Medication Aide to support residents in a senior living setting. Care aides provide physical support that helps residents remain engaged, safe, and independent. This position is offered as a full-time overnight role from 11 pm to 7 am, or as a PRN role from 3 pm to 11 pm or 11 pm to 7 am. Every other weekend is required. Starting pay is $22.50 per hour. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medication Tech Certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, using the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
- Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
- Provide excellent customer service.
