About The Position

Requirements

  • Active CMA certification in Oklahoma
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart Association preferred)
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation
  • Calm, observant, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Assisted Living or Memory Care experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Administer scheduled and PRN medications accurately and safely
  • Maintain detailed, compliant medication records
  • Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition promptly
  • Observe residents’ physical, emotional, and behavioral changes
  • Keep medication cart and work areas clean and organized
  • Collaborate with nurses and care team to ensure high-quality care
  • Engage residents with dignity, including dementia-sensitive communication
