Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Medication Aide (CMA / Level One Medication Aide – L1MA) to support residents in our Assisted Living Memory Care communities in Missouri. In this role, you’ll safely administer medications under the supervision of licensed staff while providing hands-on support with daily living activities. You’ll help maintain a safe, structured, and home-like environment for residents living with memory loss, while offering support to families and visitors. The Certified Medication Aide (CMA / L1MA) is responsible for administering medications in accordance with Missouri state regulations while assisting residents with activities of daily living in a Memory Care setting. This role functions as part of an interdisciplinary care team and plays a vital role in supporting resident safety, routine, dignity, and quality of life. This role may also be known as: Certified Medication Aide (CMA), Medication Technician (CMT), Med Aide, Level One Medication Aide (L1MA), or Medication Assistant.
