About The Position

Touchmark at Harwood Groves is looking for a Certified Med Aide! You will enrich lives every day by providing residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods with the highest level of dignity and care. Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care. Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality. Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors.

Requirements

  • Current North Dakota CMA license.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
  • Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors.
