Requirements
- Current certification or licensure as a Medical Technician (Med Tech), Clinical Laboratory Technician, or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on facility needs (PRN).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and compassionate care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in clinical, long‑term care, or laboratory settings preferred.
