About The Position
BeeHive Homes of Broken Arrow is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our family-style assisted living and memory care community. This part-time position involves providing care and assistance to residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Requirements
- Current Oklahoma CNA or CMA certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and reliable
- Ability to work independently while providing exceptional resident care
Nice To Haves
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience with dementia or memory care
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor residents throughout the night to ensure their safety and comfort
- Assist with toileting, repositioning, and incontinence care as needed
- Document resident care accurately and report changes in condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Answer call lights promptly and provide excellent resident care
- Work as part of a supportive team to create a positive home-like atmosphere
