Requirements
- Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
Responsibilities
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians and directed by licensed nurses
- Monitor and record resident vital signs, medication administration, and other health-related information
- Assist with resident care tasks, such as vital signs, weight checks, and toileting
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a clean and organized work environment
