About The Position
At Fox Trail Memory Care, we believe exceptional memory care starts with compassionate people. Our boutique-style homes allow caregivers to build meaningful relationships and make a real difference every day. We are looking for per diem coverage on the weekends for the following shifts: 7 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm. There may be opportunities to pick up additional shifts! Per diem team members are required to pick up a minimum of two shifts per month. Shift availability is based on the PRN schedule.
Requirements
- Certified Medical Aide Certificate
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work collaboratively in a resident-centered care environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in memory care, assisted living, or senior care preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Safely administer medications in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
- Ensure proper medication dosage, timing, and documentation
- Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report concerns promptly
- Communicate effectively with nurses, healthcare providers, residents, and families
- Support residents with compassion, dignity, and respect in a memory care setting
