About The Position

TK Health is seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Medication Aide to provide essential healthcare services at the Payne County Jail in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The role works under the supervision of a licensed nurse and supports safe, efficient patient care in a secure, structured correctional environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. New graduates are welcome, and correctional healthcare experience is not required. Vaccination is not required. Requirements

• Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification recognized in Oklahoma.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Dependability and professionalism in a structured healthcare environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow medication administration procedures and nursing direction.
• Successful completion of a background check is required for an employment offer.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as authorized by certification and applicable regulations.
• Assist nursing staff with daily patient care and healthcare activities.
• Accurately document medication administration and relevant patient information.
• Observe and promptly report changes in patients’ conditions to licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain appropriate medication handling, storage, and safety practices.
• Follow established healthcare procedures, facility policies, and infection prevention protocols.
• Communicate professionally with patients, nursing staff, and correctional facility personnel.
