About The Position
Touchmark at Harwood Groves is looking for a Certified Med Aide! You will enrich lives every day by providing residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods with the highest level of dignity and care. Requirements
- Current North Dakota CMA license
- Commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
- Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
- Commitment to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
- Willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
- Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care
