About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to join their team at Lamar at Town Center Senior Living Community. This role involves administering daily medication to residents, monitoring their condition, reporting changes, and accurately recording medication administration, all while adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • A fire and passion for working with seniors.
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
  • Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in the state of practice.
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as a Certified Medication Aide | CMA in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.

Responsibilities

  • Administering daily medication to residents in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Monitoring residents' health status.
  • Reporting any changes in residents' condition.
  • Collecting and recording medication administration.
