Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in Oklahoma
- CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for caregiving
- Ability to meet physical demands, including occasional lifting (50–100 lbs)
Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, meals, and toileting
- Administering medications and maintaining accurate documentation
- Observing and reporting changes in resident conditions
- Supporting mealtime service and maintaining a clean, inviting space
- Responding promptly to resident needs and ensuring overall safety
