About The Position
We are looking for dedicated Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) and Medication Administration Technicians (MATs) to join our team and assist in providing exceptional nursing care to our residents. In this role, you will administer physician-ordered medications and treatments under the direction of a licensed nurse. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure continuity of care and deliver consistent, high-quality care.
Requirements
- Current Oklahoma CMA certification.
- Current Oklahoma MAT certification.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow instructions and established routines.
- Basic understanding of infection control protocols.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide total nursing care to the residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Ensure continuity and consistency in resident care.
- Keep medication room stocked, cleaned, and well organized.
- Follow established routines and instructions.
- Maintain a basic understanding of infection control protocols.
- Foster a customer service-oriented attitude in all interactions.
