About The Position

Antioch Valley Senior Living Community is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join their team. Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to fill this role. The CMA will be responsible for administering daily medication to residents, monitoring residents, reporting changes, and collecting and recording medication administration, all in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.

Requirements

  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in the state of practice
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as a Certified Medication Aide | CMA in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting

Responsibilities

  • Administering daily medication to residents in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
