About The Position
Fox Trail Memory Care is dedicated to providing exceptional, person-centered memory care in a warm, boutique-style environment. Our intimate communities allow caregivers to form meaningful connections and make a genuine impact every day. We are excited to welcome Certified Medication Aides to our newest Chester location.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Active Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in senior living or a related care setting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a resident-centered care environment
Responsibilities
- Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
- Ensure proper dosage, timing, and documentation of all medications
- Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report concerns promptly
- Communicate effectively with nurses, healthcare providers, residents, and families
- Support daily operations, including deep cleaning tasks, meal preparation, and assisting residents with morning routines
