Requirements

Current state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of the facility.
Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
A great attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong commitment to upholding integrity and ethical standards.
Proficiency in following facility policies and procedures meticulously.
