About The Position

Parc Provence Memory Care’s Certified Medication Technician (CMT) works alongside RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to help ensure residents’ safety and well-being. The role serves in both CMT and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) capacities; on some shifts, the employee may be scheduled exclusively as a CNA. The position supports residents in a long-term-care memory-care setting and is suited to a dependable, compassionate team player who enjoys working with seniors. The position is offered full-time or part-time. The listed schedule is 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with every other weekend required. The job posting also lists holidays, Monday through Friday, rotating weekends, and weekends as needed in its schedule details. Work is in person at Parc Provence in Creve Coeur, Missouri. Pay starts at $21.00 per hour.

Requirements

Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification is required.
Ability to interact pleasantly and effectively with staff, residents, and families.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Dependability, compassion, and professionalism.
Availability for 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with every other weekend required.

Nice To Haves

One year of CMT experience is preferred.
