About The Position
A Certified Medical Assistant is needed to provide back office duties in a medical office setting. Duties include: Vital signs, Rooming patients, Prescription refills, Lab and imaging order entry, EMR data entry, and Telephone triage.
Requirements
- National Medical Assistant Certification required.
- Non-certified medical assistants must have at least two years of medical office experience in order to qualify.
Responsibilities
- Provide back office duties in a medical office setting.
- Take vital signs.
- Room patients.
- Handle prescription refills.
- Enter lab and imaging orders.
- Perform EMR data entry.
- Conduct telephone triage.
