Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant
- BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association (required)
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of two (2) years of medical/surgical or oncology experience preferred
- Previous medical office experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Performs delegated patient care tasks for an assigned patient population and supports both clinical and administrative functions to facilitate efficient, high‑quality patient care.
- Performs clinical duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the Department Manager, in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
- Provides care to all assigned patient populations and functions under the direct supervision of a Radiation Oncologist, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for patient care activities.
- Assignments, performance evaluations, and reporting structure are managed by the Department Manager.
