About The Position

Loyola is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for a part-time, day shift position. This role is ideal for someone who wants to join an organization that truly cares about its employees. The Medical Assistant's primary responsibilities include providing direct patient care, handling patient registration, scheduling appointments, and performing various office-related tasks. Bilingual Polish is a plus. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S., as sponsorship for an employment visa is not available.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
BLS CPR by the American Heart Association
Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program, OR one year of Medical Assistant work experience can be substituted for the successful completion of an accredited medical assistant program
Must obtain at least one (1) of the following Medical Assistant credentials within 6 months of hire date: American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Medical Technologists (AMT), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
