About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with a respected hospital in Las Vegas, New Mexico, to hire a compassionate and motivated Certified Medical Assistant. The role supports providers and helps ensure a positive patient experience in a collaborative healthcare environment. Comprehensive onsite training is provided to help the employee succeed and feel confident in the role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current BLS certification.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to patient care.

Nice To Haves

• Medical Assistant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize patient information accurately and carefully.
• Support providers with patient flow and clinical coordination.
• Identify patient needs and assist with treatment interventions.
• Enhance communication between patients and the healthcare team.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered support.
