Our Integrative Psychiatry services are designed to treat the whole person, optimizing our patients’ overall health and well-being while prioritizing comprehensive and compassionate care. Our advanced services include: Esketamine (Spravato™), Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Intensive Outpatient Programming, and IV Ketamine.

Requirements

  • Certified Medical Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Proficient in performing vital signs measurements accurately and efficiently
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology and medications
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
  • Experience in medication administration following established protocols
  • Ability to provide medical administrative support including appointment scheduling and record keeping
  • Knowledge of treatment resistant therapy methods
  • EHR Experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Mental Health experience preferred
  • experience with ATHENA highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prior Payor Authorizations for Medication Management appointments
  • Perform vital signs measurements such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse and specimen collections as ordered by providers
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
  • Provide medical administrative support such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, collecting co-pays and balance, check patients in/out, patient communications
  • Assist with basic life support procedures when necessary
