Requirements
- Active Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA)
- Current CPR Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Commitment to compassionate, inclusive patient care

Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for visits: rooming, vitals, and EHR documentation (eClinicalWorks)
- Perform clinical procedures including injections, phlebotomy, and EKGs
- Assist providers during exams and support efficient patient flow
- Educate patients and ensure completion of forms and care instructions
- Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and equipment
- Follow OSHA and clinic protocols
- Travel to other clinic locations as needed
- Contribute to a positive, patient-focused team environment
