Requirements
- Certification as a Medical Assistant is required
- A minimum of two years of medical assistant experience is essential
- Proficiency in medical software and tools is key
- Strong organizational skills are necessary
- Excellent communication skills will help you interact empathetically with patients
- Medical Assistant: Certified
- 2 years minimum medical assistant experience
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the new patient schedule
- Managing check-ins
- Keeping a close eye on overall wait times
- Prep injection supplies
- Route patients
- Collect relevant information to streamline processes
- Proactively assisting the physician during procedures
- Provide necessary supplies while adhering to proper sanitation and procedure room protocols
- Managing all medical inventory, ensuring that the facility is well-stocked and organized for optimal patient care
