Requirements

Bilingual fluency (a plus – help us serve our diverse community!)
Excellent communication skills – you know how to connect with patients and team members alike
Strong organizational and time management abilities
The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
A genuine passion for serving others and making healthcare accessible to all
Current Medical Assistant certification acceptable from one of the following: CMA from the Certification Alliance of Health Care Professionals, RMA from the American Medical Technologists, NCMA from the National Healthcare Association, CCMA from the National Healthcareer Association

Responsibilities

Partner with our amazing medical providers to deliver seamless, patient-centered care
Welcome patients and conduct thorough intakes, including vital signs, medical history, and health concerns
Gather the important information that helps our team provide the best possible care
Support patients through their healthcare journey with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your organizational skills shine
Help ensure every patient feels heard, valued, and cared for
