About The Position
Aspire Rural Health System is hiring a Medical Assistant for their Urology department in Cass City, MI. Requirements
- Previous experience working in a Physician’s office
- Great attitude and engages patients with a smile
- Team player and problem solver
- Ability to interact positively and proactively at all levels of the organization and with all physicians.
Nice To Haves
- CMA, CCMA, or RMA is preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of patient care related tasks such as rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and assisting the provider as necessary.
- Use of our EMR system.
- Registering patients.
- Insurance verification.
- Scanning medical records.
- Phoning patients with results.
- Proper medical documentation.
- Provide quality patient care to all ages while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
