About The Position

Atlantic Reproductive Medicine Specialists in Raleigh, NC is seeking to hire a full-time Certified Medical Assistant to provide quality patient care in our vibrant fertility clinic. We pay our Certified Medical Assistants a competitive wage based on experience. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Medical assistant certification
  • Available M-F, 7:00-3:30 and rotating weekends as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic with a reassuring demeanor
  • Positive attitude

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

  • Oversee assigned provider's daily schedule and prepare for each appointment by reviewing medical data in the patient chart.
  • Greet patients warmly upon arrival and escort them to the exam room.
  • Obtain and document patient vital signs, weight, and other necessary patient information.
  • Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
  • Maintain examination and procedure rooms, ensuring they are always in order, set up, and ready for each new patient.
  • Perform daily duties such as equipment sterilization, stocking, and supply ordering.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Send consents, upload and send results.
  • Manage medical records and test results.
