About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support both front and back office operations in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage patient interactions, perform clinical procedures, and maintain strong collaboration with healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience (excluding externship)
• CMA Certification required
• BLS or CPR Certification required
• Experience with phlebotomy/venipuncture
• Hands-on experience with EMR systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications

Nice To Haves

• Occupational Health experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a high-volume clinical setting

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in, and room patients in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Answer and triage incoming phone calls
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Perform phlebotomy and blood draws
• Administer vaccines and assist with clinical procedures
• Conduct EKGs and point-of-care (POC) testing
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
• Provide support for both front and back office operations
• Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
• Collaborate effectively with providers and clinical staff
