Requirements
- Bilingual fluency (a plus - help us serve our diverse community!)
- Excellent communication skills - you know how to connect with patients and team members alike
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- A genuine passion for serving others and making healthcare accessible to all
- Current Medical Assistant certification acceptable from one of the following: CMA from the Certification Alliance of Health Care Professionals RMA from the American Medical Technologists NCMA from the National Healthcare Association CCMA from the National Healthcareer Association
Responsibilities
- Partner with our amazing medical providers to deliver seamless, patient-centered care
- Welcome patients and conduct thorough intakes, including vital signs, medical history, and health concerns
- Gather the important information that helps our team provide the best possible care
- Support patients through their healthcare journey with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your organizational skills shine
