About The Position
Per Diem Staffing Systems, Inc. is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for Kaiser Zion in San Diego County. The CMA will float to the San Marcos and Otay Mesa locations. Hours are based on operational needs, with 8- or 4-hour shifts and variable start times of 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, or 8:30 AM. The assignment is 3–6 months and is an as-needed, first-shift position. Pay is $27–$29 per hour, depending on experience. There are nine openings.
Requirements
- CMA certification.
- AHA BLS certification.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a clinic.
- High school diploma or GED.
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient clinic experience.
Responsibilities
- Float to the San Marcos and Otay Mesa locations.
- Room patients and take vital signs.
- Perform medication reconciliation and vaccinations.
- Manage messages and stock supplies.
- Assist with clinic procedures.
