About The Position
The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides clinical support under physician supervision. The role delivers direct and indirect patient care, applies established clinical principles and professional standards, and supports the efficient operation of the practice through both clinical and clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, required (for CMA)
- Graduation certificate from an accredited Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) program, required (for CMA)
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification, required (for CMA)
- Graduation certificate from an accredited nursing (LPN) program, required (for LPN)
- Current state licensure, required (for LPN)
- Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Composure in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
- Dependable, punctual, and highly detail‑oriented
- Strong multitasking and independent‑work capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate documentation skills
- Ability to follow established workflows consistently
Nice To Haves
- Prior CMA experience, preferred
- CPR certification, preferred (for CMA)
- Prior LPN experience, preferred
- CPR certification, preferred (for LPN)
