About The Position

This role involves coordinating seamless patient visits by preparing treatment environments and conducting initial screenings. You will capture the patient's story by accurately documenting vital signs and care journeys, providing the medical team with high-quality data for clinical decisions. You will also facilitate essential treatments by transcribing and processing orders for labs and imaging, ensuring patients receive the follow-up services they need without delay. Additionally, you will support the clinical flow by managing front-of-house communications and maintaining medical supplies.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Certified Medical Assistant obtained within 4 Months (120 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Approved credentialing bodies include, but may not be limited to: American Medical Technologists, National Healthcare Assoc, National Center for Competency Testing, National Assoc for Health Professionals and American Assoc of Medical Assistants.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
