About the Medical Assistant Apprentice Program Are you passionate about healthcare and ready to begin a rewarding career in a supportive, team-based environment? Our Certified Medical Assistant On-the-Job Training Program offers motivated candidates the opportunity to build the skills, confidence, and hands-on experience needed to succeed in a dynamic clinical setting. This cohort-based training program, beginning on June 29th, 2026, brings participants together as a group to create a strong learning community. You’ll train alongside peers who share your goals, gaining valuable knowledge, real-world experience, and the support needed to grow into a successful Certified Medical Assistant. Requirements

  • Enrollment in the MedCerts Program, with a 14 week completion goal.
  • Must be registered as a Medication Assistant III through the North Dakota Board of Nursing within 60 days of hire/transfer.
  • Clinical Assistant can NOT administer medication prior to being registered as a MAIII through the ND BON
