About The Position
Atrium Centers is seeking a Certified Med Tech to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents at Tomah Nursing & Rehabilitation in Tomah, Wisconsin. The role involves providing care according to approved Care Plans, assisting with residents’ daily activities and personal care, supporting resident safety, following infection-control procedures, maintaining required records, reporting violations of Residents’ Bill of Rights, and administering medications in accordance with the employee’s certification and training. Requirements
- Hold a current license to practice as a CNA/STNA.
- Complete a Medication Aide course and successfully pass the test.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a service mentality and a desire to learn.
- Have a positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
- Have excellent attendance.
Responsibilities
- Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
- Assist with residents’ daily activities, safety, and personal care.
- Understand and practice infection-control procedures.
- Comply with documentation and record-keeping policies, including recording vital signs.
- Immediately report violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights.
- Administer medications in accordance with certification and training.
