Requirements

Certified Medication Technician (CMT) or Qualified Medication Aide (QMAP) certification.
High school diploma or GED.
Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
Ability to administer medications accurately and safely.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Willingness to work the 2pm-10pm shift.
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Med Tech or in a similar healthcare role.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Additional certifications in healthcare or related fields.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor resident vital signs and health status.
Document resident care and medication administration accurately.
Assist residents with daily living activities as needed.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Participate in resident care planning and team meetings.
