As a Certified Maintenance professional, your expertise keeps our plant running safely and efficiently. You will: Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair stationary and mobile equipment Work mechanical and electrical equipment such as motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans, PLCs, MCC cabinets, and more Diagnose equipment issues and perform necessary repairs Disassemble, rebuild, and reassemble machinery Perform and record preventive maintenance such as inspections, lubrication, and adjustments on equipment Effectively communicate required components for repair and verify repair quality Skilled Craft Work Perform welding and torch cutting Splice, adjust and train conveyor belts; install conveyor skirts Rig and hoist equipment safely; understand crane signals Remove, install and align bushings, bearings, sheaves, v-belts, sprockets, couplings and gear reducers Measure and fabricate components with precision (to 1/32”) Cut, thread, and assemble pipes and fittings Electrical Work Troubleshoot and repair 480 volt motor control circuits Read and interpret electrical schematics Install and wire 3‑phase motors Run conduit, pull wire, and make enclosure connections Learn and support PLC troubleshooting Equipment Operation Operate forklifts, manlifts, and eventually become a certified crane operator and signal person Perform preventive maintenance on quarry, maintenance and personnel equipment Additional Expectations Work evening, night and/or weekend shifts as needed Travel for training Perform other duties as assigned
