About The Position
This role assists physicians (Cardiologist/Radiologist) in diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures performed in the cardiovascular lab by scrubbing procedures or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data. The position ensures the procedure room is adequately prepared, monitors instrument and supply levels, and participates in departmental staff meetings, performance improvement activities, and training of new staff. The technician will assist in all aspects of invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.
Requirements
- ARRT-R and licensed as required by State.
- BCLS (AHA) required upon hire and maintain current.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); required within 30 days of hire.
- Proficient computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- VI (Vascular Interventional Technologist) preferred.
- Previous experience in an Interventional Radiology department preferred.
Responsibilities

- Monitor par level of all instruments and supplies.
