About The Position

Vitality Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work for a clinician-owned and operated hospice that truly values both its patients and its employees. This is a field-based position with travel required (mileage reimbursed).

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Compassionate, reliable, and self-directed
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Commitment to serving patients with chronic, serious, or terminal illnesses

Responsibilities

• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Providing personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding)
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Performing light housekeeping tasks
• Documenting care accurately and in a timely manner
• Supporting a culture of compassion, quality, and respect
