Requirements
- Hold a valid HHA or PCA certification
- Have proof of COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption
- Have current medical documentation and vaccinations (or be willing to obtain them)
- Complete a drug screening or Habituation Form
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Assist clients with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
- Provide personal care and companionship
- Assist with mobility
- Perform additional delegated tasks under RN supervision, as appropriate
