Always Best Care Senior Services is looking for dedicated and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to join our growing team. Requirements
- Current New Jersey CHHA License
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes
- Ability to pass all necessary background checks
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a caring nature
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Assist with ambulation and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
- Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Follow individualized care plans
