About The Position

Ennoble Care is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join its hospice company full-time, serving the Camden and Burlington County, New Jersey region. The aide cares for a census of 5–6 patients and provides or assists with activities of daily living and other patient-care tasks in the home.

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey Certified Homemaker-Home Health Aide (CHHA) credential.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Care for a census of 5–6 patients.
• Provide or assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, mouth care, skin care, and nail care.
• Assist with toileting, positioning, transfers, and frequent turning and positioning of bedbound patients.
• Assist with prescribed exercise and range-of-motion activities taught to the patient and hospice aide by the Hospice Nurse.
• Perform light housekeeping in the individual’s personal unit or room, including changing bed linens and doing the patient’s laundry.
• Feed patients and assist them with meals.
• Report changes in a patient’s condition to the Nurse.
