Requirements
- Active NJ CHHA Certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable auto insurance

Responsibilities
- Provide vital daily support as a "clinical anchor" for clients.
- Deliver meaningful social engagement and specialized memory care support (Alzheimer’s/Dementia).
- Provide safe assistance with daily activities (ADLs) like showering, grooming, and dressing.
- Prepare nutritious meals and handle light housekeeping.
- Provide reliable transport for essential grocery shopping, errands, and vital medical appointments (such as dialysis support).
