About The Position

Our Bloomfield, NJ team is actively hiring Home Health Aides to provide reliable care to those who need it the most in the cities of Belleville, Bloomfield, East Orange, Irvington, Montclair, Newark, South Orange, and West Orange. IMPORTANT: OUR LOCATION DOES NOT PROVIDE NIGHT, OVERNIGHT, OR LIVE-IN CASES. As a member of BAYADA’s personal care team, you will do truly meaningful work—and be valued, respected, and heard. Following a written care plan by a registered nurse, you’ll provide a personal care service and household support to help adults stay safe and independent at home. Responsibilities

Following a written care plan by a registered nurse, you’ll provide a personal care service and household support to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.
Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, etc.
Meal preparation and feeding
Range of motion/exercises
Medication reminders
Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/Use of mechanical lifting devices/Hoyer lift)
