About The Position
LOES is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregiver to assist an elderly female client with her evening and bedtime routine. This is an immediate start position with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:30 PM - 11:30 PM, totaling 20 hours per week. The role is located in Columbus, NJ.
Requirements
- Previous experience caring for elderly clients.
- Experience with personal care and mobility assistance.
- Patient, attentive, reliable, and compassionate.
- Must be available for the full Monday–Friday schedule.
Nice To Haves
- NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with evening showers, bathing, and personal hygiene.
- Help with dinner and evening meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders and ensure medications are taken as directed.
- Assist with changing into nightwear and preparing for bed.
- Help with safe positioning and comfort in bed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
