About The Position
Fox Trail Memory Care is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to support residents and contribute to a positive team environment. This role is part-time, with evening shifts from 3 pm to 11 pm. The community offers a boutique-style setting with low resident-to-caregiver ratios, supportive leadership, and a team-first culture, providing an opportunity to build meaningful connections with residents.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- An active CHHA certification in New Jersey
- Ability to work collaboratively in a resident-centered care environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in memory care, assisted living, or senior care
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide compassionate support tailored to individuals living with memory impairment
- Promote a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure quality care
- Build meaningful connections with residents and their families
