Requirements

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
• Availability for shifts from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent care
• Compassionate, patient focused approach
• Experience with personal care or willingness to learn with training

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support the client’s daytime routine and overall well being
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety in the home
• Follow an individualized care plan and report any changes in condition
• Maintain a respectful, safe, and supportive care environment
• Communicate effectively with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams
