About The Position

A family-owned and operated homecare agency based in Princeton, New Jersey, is hiring New Jersey-licensed Certified Home Health Aides for full-time and part-time positions serving clients in Mercer County and surrounding areas. Aides provide in-home care to seniors who need help with daily living tasks, memory care, or hospice care. Requirements

Active Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license issued by the State of New Jersey.
At least 2 years of experience.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide direct client care and assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
Assist with toileting and incontinence care.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with meal planning according to dietary restrictions or medical conditions.
Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance.
Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping and laundry.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
Assist with specialized care needs, including dementia care, hospice support, catheter care, oxygen dependence, and transfer equipment.
Follow each client's individualized care plan and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and communication.
Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect client privacy.
